We started house hunting during shortly before the holiday season. To make things more difficult, we were trying to schedule our house hunting during a Thanksgiving visit to nearby relatives. Carol was so accommodating to our scheduling requests. While the listing agent was annoyed at our request to view her listing the day before Thanksgiving, Carol never made us feel that it inconvenienced her in any way. In fact, she showed us many houses that day, including the one that we ultimately purchased. The negotiation process for our house was very lengthy and difficult. Carol guided us through the entire process, never losing the patience and persistence necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for us. Carol even helped us find a great contractor who could work within our time constraints. Carol is definitely a full-service agent who makes you feel like an old friend.
